Sharad Purnima festival at Bhakti Mandir: A unique fusion of devotion, joy, and spiritual enlightenment

Kripalu Ji

You will never forget if you were at Bhakti Mandir on the evening of Sharad Purnima on October 16. It was the 102nd anniversary of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's birth.

The 102nd anniversary of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's birth was marked with several devotional events at Bhakti Mandir, the birthplace of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, which is close to Prayagraj. In 1922, Shri Kripalu Ji, the fifth original Jagadguru, was born. Throughout his lectures, he skilfully outlined the straightforward devotional route to achieving God. The Kashi Vidvat Parishad, a convocation of 500 distinguished academics of the era, bestowed upon him the title of Jagadguru at the young age of 34 after being moved by his profound teachings.

On the 102nd anniversary of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's birth, many devotional and inspirational activities were offered. Among these were a magnificent performance of Maharas Leela, a big Mahaarati by thousands of devotees on Sharad Purnima under the cold moonlight, and other cultural events.

How to get true happiness?

These shows were streamed live on Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat's and Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's different social media accounts. Ms. Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, Ms. Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and Ms. Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, the Chairpersons of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, thanked everyone for the event's success.

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj founded the religious and philanthropic Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, formerly known as Sadhana Bhavan Trust, in 1970. This organisation is performing outstanding work in the areas of spirituality, philanthropy, and education.

Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat President Ms. Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji emphasised the significance of surrendering to the Guru on the holy occasion of Sharad Purnima. "Achieving God's grace is the ultimate aim of human existence, but it is impossible without the Guru's guidance," she stated. God and Guru are the same, not just identical. Therefore, to achieve ultimate happiness, total submission to the Guru is necessary. The only path to heavenly love and happiness is this.

Grand celebration at Bhakti Mandir

There was a lot of enthusiasm and devotion when the 102nd anniversary of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's birth was celebrated on the expansive grounds of Bhakti Mandir's Shri Kripalu Dham, Mangarh. Thousands of devotees were observed here, engrossed in their devotion to Shri Radha Krishna and their Guru.

When the devotees saw Maharas' magnificent presentation, they were unable to contain their tears. The seekers were enthralled with the displays of the artists portraying Shri Radha Krishna. They seemed to have arrived in Golok, the beautiful residence of Shri Radha Krishna, where they were dancing joyfully.

Thousands of followers eagerly took part in Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's Maha Aarti, in honour of their beloved Guru. When thousands of lamps were ignited at once on the holy night of Sharad Purnima, it was a sight to behold. Devotees gave thanks to Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj through this magnificent Aarti, as he guided them to the holy love of Shri Radha Krishna.

In the middle of the lovely sounds of the Bhajans, devotees started to dive into the ocean of Guru Bhakti with Abhishek and Chhappan Bhog. The excitement of the seekers was conveyed by thousands of hands moving in unison to the sound of hundreds of drums.

Gratitude expressed to Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

Throughout the entire occasion, the devotees expressed their gratitude to their Guru, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. Finding their Guru's divine company allowed many followers who were surrounded by discontent and hopelessness to discover the real meaning of their existence. The ultimate goal of life, according to Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, is to achieve the eternal love of God, which will set him free from the bonds of Maya and provide him eternal happiness, not worldly belongings or social fame.
